Sarita Nair – Cabinet Secretary, New Mexico Department of Workforce Solutions
Sarita will share her vision and plans for the newly established Office of Housing under Workforce Solutions, and how this initiative will align workforce development with affordable housing solutions across the state.

Joseph Montoya – Director, City of Albuquerque, Health, Housing, and Homelessness
Joseph will provide an overview of how recent federal funding cuts are affecting programs

Brian DuBoff – Managing Director,  Community & Economic Development, New Mexico Finance Authority
Brian will discuss the current status and impact of the Opportunity Enterprise Fund, reflect on lessons learned, identify implementation barriers and emerging opportunities, and offer insight into what’s next.
