ABQ City Council’s Land Use, Planning, and Zoning (LUPZ) Committee

LUPZ heard proposed changes for the 2023 Annual Update on April 10, 2024. The committee heard a staff presentation, took public comment, and deferred to May 15 at 5 pm.

LUPZ meetings are hybrid. The in-person option is held in the Vincent E. Griego Council Chambers, basement level of the City of Albuquerque Government Center, 1 Civic Plaza NW.

After the May 15 hearing, LUPZ is expected to take additional public comment, discuss, and vote on proposed LUPZ amendments, and then vote to send each of the 3 bills to the full City Council with a recommendation of Do Pass, Do Not Pass, or No Recommendation.
