Homeless Coordinating Council

The Homeless Coordinating Council (HCC) is a collaborative body made up of members from the City of Albuquerque, the County of Bernalillo, and the Board of Regents of the University of New Mexico. As reflected in the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), the HCC’s work will be guided by creative problem solving, respectful collaboration, evidence based decision-making and effective resource utilization. The HCC’s purpose is to deliver a coordinated community-wide framework for expanding and strengthening services & permanent affordable housing for people experiencing homelessness in Albuquerque metro area.
Meeting Frequency: The Homeless Coordinating Council meets monthly on the 2nd Tuesday at 10:00 a.m. via Zoom.
