AAHC Membership Meeting: January 14: Legislative Preview

Join the Albuquerque Affordable Housing Coalition’s January membership meeting from 12:00 pm to 1:30 pm for an informative conversation with state Representatives and Senators focused on housing policy in New Mexico. This meeting is designed to give members a clear, practical understanding of where housing legislation stands after the most recent session and what may be coming next.

Legislators will share updates on housing-related bills from the last legislative session and offer a preview of the proposals they hope to introduce during the 2026 session. Attendees will get an early look at key priorities, emerging themes, and potential challenges ahead of the 30-day legislative session beginning January 20, 2026.

This meeting is a chance to hear directly from decision-makers, ask questions, and walk away better informed about the housing issues that may shape the upcoming session and impact communities across New Mexico.
