AAHC In-Person Membership Meeting: March 11

Join us for the next Albuquerque Affordable Housing Coalition membership meeting. This is a chance to connect with fellow members, get important updates, and help shape the coalition’s next steps.

Lisa Huval, Housing Initiatives Manage with the Office of Housing, will be discussing recent housing funding updates, spending progress and barriers, upcoming budget allocations, and key policy and legislative developments shaping housing affordability and production.

Mikaela Renz-Whitmore and Jessica Sapunar-Jursich from the City’s Planning Department will provide updates on recent IDO changes and the Anti-Displacement Toolbox and their participation in the Government Alliance for Race & Equity (GARE) cohort.

We’ll also spend time in breakout groups discussing coalition priorities and future planning, followed by a brief update on current initiatives.
